How is it shipped?
The mosaic is protected with bubble wrap and packaged in a cardboard box. For larger sizes, it is also placed in a wooden crate. It is flexible, allowing it to be gently bent, which facilitates transportation. The carrier collects it from our workshop and delivers it directly to your address.

How long does production take?
Production timelines may vary depending on size and complexity. These are custom-made works that require a meticulous process and attention to detail. If you need a shorter timeline, please contact us to check availability.

Can I change the colors and materials?
This is a common question. However, we do not recommend altering the standard colors and materials, as changes may result in a final piece that may not meet your expectations.

Is there any risk of pieces falling?
No. The mosaic is mounted on mesh and must be installed using tile adhesive and grout, according to the installation manual. When properly installed, there is no risk of detachment.

Can it be made in a different size?
