How is it shipped?
The mosaic is protected with bubble wrap and packed in a sturdy cardboard box. For larger pieces, it is also placed inside a wooden crate. It’s important to note that the mosaic is flexible, allowing it to be gently rolled for easier and safer transport. The carrier picks it up directly from our studio and delivers it to your address.

How long does production take?
Our production time is up to 31 business days. However, if you need it sooner, please contact us to check the possibility of a shorter delivery time.

Can I change the colors or materials?
We often receive this question, but we do not recommend altering the standard colors or materials. Changes may affect the final aesthetic result and might not meet your expectations.
